Alec M. Feather
Alec Feather joined our law firm as an attorney in April 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with highest distinction from the University of Kansas in 2019. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate with pro bono distinction from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2022. Alec then embarked upon his legal career at the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS), an experience that reinforced his longstanding commitment to public service focused on older adults and the disability community. Before KDADS, Alec enhanced his experience with internships at Kansas Legal Services and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Outside of the workplace, Alec enjoys reading Agatha Christie novels and watching Star Trek series. He volunteers as a treasurer for Special Needs Assured and as a coach and judge for We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution.
Alec is excited to continue his professional journey with Shepherd Elder Law.
